Kay Lemay

With almost 10 years experience as a freelance copywriter and content creator, Kay has written in every industry, from parenting to tech to retail to health and fitness. Her areas of greatest interest are health and medicine, lifestyle, and advocacy. She has written everything from press releases to white papers to standard blogs and articles.

She believes that the goal of writing is to communicate a point, concisely, clearly, and in language the consumer will understand. Sometimes that involves distilling highly technical language into something more approachable without losing nuance. This is one of her greatest skills and greatest joys.

She frequently writes her own articles and reviews under the pen name of Kay Tilden Frost.
